Playstation passes not showing on account?

So, i have a now Tv account and Now Tv on my playstaion, i've downloaded the entertainment and movie pass on my playstation but its not showing up on my account on my phone or laptop.

I've tried every login i can think of and i deffinatly dont have two accounts. Any suggestions? 🙂

Have you checked all your email address accounts for any correspondence from nowtv (inc junk and spam mail) which might give you a clue on what nowtv account details you bought your entertainment and movie pass with ?

Otherwise see if live chat can figure out where your nowtv passes are ?
