PS5 app problem

pausing or rewinding or fast forwading any content makes it so that it cannot be resumed without first backing off the content and then going back onto it. this wasnt happening at ps5's launch but over the past week or so. i have deleted and reinstalled the app and am not sure what else to do.

Firstly, lucky you getting a PS5. Personally I didn’t pre-order one as I wasn’t sure I could afford it and typically I can but not one in stock! 

So back to Now TV the app, you’ve done what I would suggest by deleting and reinstalling the app. Another silly thing you could try is to “turn off the router and back on again”.

If that fails jump onto Live chat to report it to Now TV staff.

Make sure to click “chat online” underneath ‘chat to an advisor’.
