PS4

I can log in to the app on PS4 for some reason. My login details are all correct but it keeps telling me 'sorry, we did not recognise either your username or password. Can you please help?

Might sound daft, but when you log in online to Now TV, do you use your email or a username?

 

Normally I prefer to use my email than my username. Could be worth trying that. 

 

Worst case you could delete and reinstall the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
