Hi, our PS4 will connect to WIFI but not via ethernet cable? When checking > Network > set up internet connection > use LAN > easy, it should pick up the internet automatically but it keeps saying unable to find an IP address?
We have our TV connected via ethernet and this is working so we have switched the cable from the TV to the PS4 and still no luck? We need the connection to be by cable as it's better connection than WIFI but not having any luck.
Any help is much appreciated.
