PS4 app

Every time I try to watch something on Now Tv on the PS4 it’s shuttin down my WiFi every 5 minutes. Netflix and YouTube are fine I have over 30mbps download speed. I have tried deleting and reinstalling also everything is updated can somebody give me a solution please thanks

Hi Callum, 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? 

when you have done that you can also erase the app data..

 

to do this try

 

  • Head back to the main menu, and this time selectGame Data Utility (under the Game section). 
  • Find the NOW TV Data and press TRIANGLE, followed by Delete.
