PS4 app

I bought the sports pass on my phone and have the same account on my ps4 however isn’t letting me play the sport on my ps4

Are you definitely logged in on the PS4 app?

When you scroll to the bottom of the page until you see a row of options. One should be “account” in there you’ll see what account if any is logged in.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
