PS4 app doesn't work...

The PS4 experience has been consistently bad for months. Trying to watch live sports is just not worth the money as buffering occurs every couple of minutes. Reinstalling the app has not helped and it's not my connection as it works fine on my laptop...

Best option is to lodge a complaint on Live chat. 
You’ve done what I would have suggested. 

What you could also try is turning your broadband off and on. Long shot but worth a try.
