PS4 Buffering

Hello 

 

Can someone assist with a constant buffering issue,  I have followed the original steps of deleting the app and reinstalling along with resetting my router, I have tried to play another film and the issue still persists

OK, the steps you have tried would normally fix it. 

 

Are you connecting your PS4 to your router via WiFi? If so, that may be the problem - interference. Try a wired connection using an ethernet cable. That is what I use with my PS4 and it always works fine.

I’ve had the same problem for over a week since I started to use my PS4 with  100mb internet connection and ethernet cable connection. Always the same, 3 separate sequential episodes of buffering every 5 to 10 minutes (watching football, so 50 FPS) I’ve complained to NOW who have acknowledged a technical problem their side but haven’t given any indication of how or when it will be resolved. It’s all really poor, unwatchable really.

PS4 NowTV app update 2.08 has been released for download today.

 

Give that a try and hopefully you will be sorted.
