PS4 Buffering

Everytime I try to watch Now TV on my PS4 it buffers so it is impossible to watch anything. I have tried all the suggestions from the tech team at NOW Tv none of which work. I have just tried t watch on via my laptop and there is no problem. I see so many other people are having a problem too so it must be to do with the app on PS4. When will Now TV actually admit there is a problem and fix it?

Same problem here. Sometimes get as far as the first few seconds of a show, but then the coloured balls appear and stay... PS3 and Mac apps seem to work fine.
