That's really helpful, thank you. I'm getting 'that didn't go to plan' error message constantly. Starts streaming and then stops. Do you know if there is an update with fixing the issues?

I am not getting any error streaming messages myself where over on Twitter it seems to me be affecting non Boost Members rather than members who have Boost from what I can tell.
Did you try the sign out and sign back in suggested in this thread on your playback devices ?
Perhaps keep an eye on NOW Twitter or NOW Facebook for any updates.
