Hi @Anonymous User
Does you other internet devices such has your smart phone etc work on the nowtv broadband service ?
Are you using the Xbox over wifi or using a Ethernet cable ?
I don't own an Xbox so i can only suggest the basic stuff to try if it's only your Xbox that is effected, which is try a reset on the hub router by holding the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 secs.
Try renaming the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands on the router if you are using a hub 2 if using the Xbox over wifi and try both wifi band frequencies if the Xbox works over dual band.
Make sure that the Xbox is set to UK settings and maybe try deleting and re installing the NowTV App on the Xbox.
If still no joy, then phone the nowtv broadband team, where you will find their number under My Account > Orders & Appointments on here and click the drop down arrow below broadband and telephone live date.

The xbox 360 won't connect to the internet full stop. It's not through the
NowTV app, I haven't got that far. The xbox says that the internet is
blocked on set up when it's testing the connection. I have deleted all the
parental controls etc so should be ok to connect. All our other devices
connect no problem.

I understand that @Anonymous User But is that exactly what it says when trying to connect? 'Internet is blocked'? Yeah?

@Tony-D I am so happy I found this. I had the exact same problem. My 360 was connecting to the internet, but not Xbox live. It was also being very slow. I went into the storage setting and whilst hovering over hard drive, I clicked 'Y' then chose clear cache as you suggested, and now it not only connects to live again, it runs along quicker. Thank you
