I don't own an Xbox, but see if anything in this similar linked thread below helps in anyway.
If you are not with BT using their BT Hub Router, then skip suggestion 1 on my post.
Also if you are based in the UK, make sure your Xbox regional setting are set to the UK.

I've tried the steps on that thread and none of them have worked unfortunately.
Also checked out my regional setting and the location is UK.
Any other ideas?

Sounds like there is something blocking the NowTV App on your Router.
If your Router can access something like Google Public DNS, then maybe try that.
Also, make sure the date and time settings are correct on your Xbox (if this can be changed manually).
Hopefully an Xbox One owner will come to your rescue with further things to try..
