Have only blank screen on now tv launch, have deleted and reinstalled app twice with no luck,
got now tv on iPad only can you help?

Sorry to hear this.
Just wondering if you have BT as your Internet supplier ?
If you do would it be possible to disable smart setup and see if that resolves the issue for you.
However if your not with BT let us know who your ISP is so we can look into this further.

yes have bt as supplier, however one ps4 loads now tv ok, newer ps4 does not?
any ideas?
