Now TV pin issue

Hi I keep geting enter parental pin . 

I have parental pin turned off .

And I no the pin .

And it still says not correct pin even though it works elsewhere when required .

The issue has been driving me bonkers as I can't watch channels . There not even adult channels even kids ones for the kids it comes up with it . But then other days it won't 🤷🏼‍♂️

Any help appreciated thanks

There is a way you can turn off the pin for some channels.

Hi thank you for the response 

I have allready changed the pin and turned parental control off . 

But it still comes up with the pin.. 

I put the pin in and it's still doesn't work . Says wrong pin .

I am 💯 sure it's the correct pin . 

So I am at a loss

Bit of a long shot, but if you are using a Youview box the Parental Pin default setting is 1 2 3 4 from memory and it's separate from your Parental Pin on your NowTV account.

Should you be using another device, then please just ignore this message.
