Not in HD

Watching aberdeen game just now and despite it saying HD in the guide, the channel doesn't say HD after sky sports logo  quality is rubbish and says stream quality 3001

What am I doing wrong?

@Anonymous User what device are you watching on?

 

I assume you have the Boost Pass which upgrades the picture to 1080p and streams 50fps (on selected sports channels).

 

By "HD in the guide" to you mean the NowTV on screen guide showing now and next?

 

The on screen watermark in the top right of the live pictures no longer has HD written within it.
