Hi, I’m having an issue with NOW TV on my PS4. Recently I’ll be watching something on demand and I get the buffering screen followed by the message “sorry, there was an error in the player” until recently uninstalling the app and re installing it fixed the issue, but now even that isn’t working.
i have attempted to rebuild the PS4 database to fix this issue but it still happens maybe 5 minutes into an on demand movie and TV program.
I have NOW TV broadband and the router has been reset/rebooted and the issue still persists. Can anyone shed any light into how to fix this?
