Movie pass

Hi! I use now TV on my xbox one, so far no problems, til this weekend . The entertainment pass is working fine, but movies no, or some of them load and some not at all. I restarted device, uninstalled app and install again, basically all the options exhausted and I can watch some films but some not at all. Could you help please? Thanks!

NowTV have been encountering some sort of technical problem their end with certain LG / Samsung Smart TV's plus Games Consoles over the last 72 hours, where certain content just constantly loads with the spinning coloured circles.

 

Here's a screen shot taken from the NowTV Twitter site, acknowledging an issue currently with the NowTV App on Games Consoles.
