It's been a month now and I'm still having buffering issues.

I have zero problems with my internet connection .

I have no problems with ANY other streaming service.

I have tried ALL the advice given on these forums, and the bloody awful advice from live chat.

And yet Now TV still isn't working for me. It just randomly stopped one day, and either doesn't work entirely, or buffers literally every 2-3 seconds, and hangs on that buffer screen for about 20 seconds. Over and over.

I want a full refund and some answers as to why this is. This is completely unacceptable.

EXACTLY THE SAME 

NOW TV LOSES PICTURE QUALITY EVERY 2 MINUTES IT'S SO ANNOYING
