Somethings not right keeps coming up on my sons Xbox one. i have uninstalled - turned off Xbox to clear cache - reinstalled and still it is happening. I have reinstalled just on the Xbox and also on the external storage we have for the Xbox - I cleared the cache on each occasion. The Xbox is hooked up to an old wharfedale tv monitor so no smart tv - help greatly appreciated thanks
Sorry, yes it won’t let my son watch anything. He can get on the app and choose a film but when he presses Watch the timer comes on and then error message PL 01 I think it was comes up - the message says to try again later or look on nowtv/status.
