I have been using the app a few years with the standard PS4 and now the PS4 Pro since February this year with no problems until recently.
I have no problems with accessing programs from resume watching or from the search function, but all I get is infinite loading with the spinning three coloured blobs if trying to access programs from the watch list and the only option I have is to close the app.
PS4 Pro is connected via ethernet cable and have restarted my BT Smarthub, signed out of the app deleted and re-installed the app and rebuilt the PS4's database option 5 via the safe mode menu.
I have no problems with PSN itself or any other apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC Iplayer and All4 etc.
Any ideas or do you think it's an account server end issue which I am inclined to think it is?
