How do I press play after fast forwarding programme using ps4 controller?

Programmes play from beginning only using ps4, if I pause or rewind, I then cannot press the play button on the screen using the X on my ps4 controller, can anyone explain what I could do?

Avoid ‘Get Help Quickly’ when you come to this screen, though. This leads to the Nowbot, an AI bot that might well assist you in navigating the Help; but as you have reached this state of affairs, you have already gone well beyond that, and all the Nowbot can bring you is frustration.
