Error code PL-0

Watching sky sports arena on Xbox series X. Closes channel and states something went wrong and gives the error code PL-0. It does this every couple of minutes

Same happening with me🙄 so frustrating as I just payed £10 to watch the Arsenal game but I can’t without it cutting out every 2 mins.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as unplug your router for a few minutes.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Tried the uninstall and reinstall and it still does it, I think sky sports can't cope with 7 games being streamed simultaneously

Then I would suggest reporting the issue with NOW staff directly on live chat.

Just make sure to click “chat online”.

@Anonymous User out of interest what broadband provider are you on? I seem to have the same problem on my PS4 but it has only started since I switched from Vodafone to Virgin Media for my home broadband.
