Whenever I try to watch season 1 episode 5 of The Good Doctor, I get this error code (trouble obtaining licence error 1006). Only happening on this one episode, for now I have skipped it but would ideally like to watch it, so if the issue could be sorted, or if someone could tell me why the error is occuring that would be great. Seems to be a common console problem but I'm having the issue on the TV App and on my laptop.

You can’t download to a PC or laptop, only to a tablet or phone.
If you can’t watch on a laptop, and you are using the browser/player method then:
try a different browser
or if you are on Windows 10, type Microsoft Store into the window bottom left on your desktop, press Enter, and then try the Now TV (two words) app which you can search for in there.
