Not quite sure why, but the entertainment pass which I have paid for allows full access to TV shows when using my phone app or my chromebook app, however when I succesfully log in using the same details on to my PS4 and try to watch the same shows, it instructs me to buy the entertainment pass to continue.
I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling/relogging in with no improvement.
Would you be able to assist?

Apologies, my mistake. I had the subscription under a different email address. Problem sorted.
