Devices issue

I am having an issue with the adding of new devices, for some reason I had to re-add my Xbox one at the end of last week (I hadn't removed it from the list of devices) and my partner just bought a 2nd box today so our daughter could watch in another room but it won't let me add the new box as I have went over my monthly limit which I shouldn't of had to do in the first place. If you could help add the box so I have 3 out of my 4 devices allowance I'd be happy.

 Your best option would be to jump over to NowTV live chat from the link below and explain to them what's happened, they should hopefully be able to help you out.
