Device issues

Hi,

I have been paying for now tv since 2015 but my account has been inactive for approximately 2 years. 

I have just come back to it to try and get it up and running on my mobile, my console and my partners phone. 

I was completely unaware that  I could only have a maximum of 4 devices or how many I had connected until I tried to connect my console.

After it wouldn't connect I removed everything to get it to connect to find that I now cannot add a device until the 1st of January.

What the hell is this? I pay for movies and entertainment and now I am limited to watching on my phone until next month.

Can somebody please support me in resolving this otherwise I want a refund and I won't be back.

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset your devices on your account, once this is done play some nowtv content with the 4 devices that you want to add back to your device list on your account.
