Constant Buffering

We tried to watch King Richard as our first time watching anything on NowTV in ages and it's constantly buffering every 1-2 mins. We have NowTV WiFi which is good and every other streaming service is working perfectly at this time, except this one.

 

Why is it such a poor experience?! Ruining the film experience fully. Won't be subscribing again.

What device are you using? As you’ve tagged consoles but didn’t specify the device. 

Also as your using NOW broadband, how is the device connected? Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?

If it’s Wi-Fi have you split the bands?

Do you have boost as well as your cinema membership?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
