Cant start PS/3 app

Cant start NOWtv app on PS3

 

PS3 OS is up to date.

PS3 app says Download software, when I do that it says latest software already installed.

It then loops through the same process...

Hi, I did try that but gave up as I did not get a contact after 20 minutes !

 

I have bitten the bullet and bought one of their hardware boxes.  I will set it up tomorrow but thanks for your attention.
