My Now Tv account works perfectly fine on my laptop but, despite several dozen attempts, I cannot sign in on PS4.
Initially, after entering my email and password correctly and hitting “sign in” the page just refreshed and said “please sign in to view your account” - or something to that effect.
Now when I correctly enter my email and password and hit “sign in” the following message appears in red at the top of the screen:
”Unable to sign you in, please try again later”.
My details are definitely correct and I’ve already tried a) resetting my password and b) uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the PS4.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
