Cannot sign in on PS4

I am trying to sign in on my PS4 and it won't let me.
It keeps coming up with "Sorry, your sign in details are incorrect." Even though I know my details are correct. What can I do?

Thanks for posting.

Can we ask if you've tried to reset your password on the website at all? by going to nowtv.com and clicking forgotten password from the login page. We'd also advise avoiding any kind of symbols in your password just stick to letters and numbers.
