Can't watch certain films on Xbox one

Hi just wondering does anybody else have trouble watching certain films. I've clicked on inglorious bastereds and the now to add plays then when the films supposed to start I get a black screen with the four spinning coloured dots. It happens with a few other films too

I’ve been having the same issue, I’m about to give up with nowtv.

Delete the app and re download it should be fixed after that
