Buffering really bad

I’m trying to watch a few things on now tv via my ps4 today and it’s impossible. It is constantly buffering with a blue circle. There’s no one else in the house using the Internet, I’ve checked the Internet test and it’s fine. Is the problem at now tv end?

Is your connection with the PS4 Wi-Fi or Ethernet?


Have you tried unplugging the router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I’ve also deleted the now tv app and reinstalled and I’ve checked the dns numbers. No improvement

Hi @DEVONPRINCESS 

 

When you said you have checked the DNS numbers on your PS4, have you tried an alternative DNS such has Google DNS for example to see if the buffering can be reduced / stopped.
