I have exactly the same problem. WTF? No way to navigate on the Xbox One? Why has this not been fixed yet?
Why am I still being charged for this?
NOW TV you need to address this issue straight away, telling users to use their phone in the short term is not a solution.

Sorry but with all due respect your reply is extremely patronising.
Hi @Anonymous User
I'm sorry if I came across that way I wasn't intending to be patronising. My main intention was to point you to the place where you could cancel your passes
I was also stating what I had seen from the app in case it could possibly have been of any help to. One thing we can say is that this issue is one truly bizarre because it's not affecting most people.
One other thing that might be of help to you for the time being is that the Xbox one should be able to support a keyboard as a temporary fix that would help you to enter details

Since update all menu highlighting has been removed so even if my password did have special characters I wouldn't be able to type them in because you can no longer navigate the menus! I've tried all your 'solutions'. It doesn't work. Customer services told me to watch on my phone until it's fixed. Thanks. Not good enough, sort it please or stop charging us until you do.
Hi @Anonymous User
With regard to making sure NowTV don't charge you you can cancel your passes at the link below. Once you have cancelled them. NowTV won't charge you any more
https://account.nowtv.com/passes
The only thing I've seen since the update is that the keyboard doesn't come up automatically when you're at the login screen. When you're at the login screen in the NowTV app on Xbox one, you have to press A on your controller to get the keyboard to come up (or select if you're using the media remote) . The first field that selected should be the username field. And you should be able to say all the letters and characters, including which one is currently highlighted.
