Reading through the forums this seems like a common problem at the minute. Tried all steps suggested and still no luck. Looking like NOW TV might be losing a fair few customers if this issue is t sorted. Netflix and gaming all work fine so it's not my internet connection. Not happy at all that I'm paying £17 a month and the service is not working!
