Now tv seem to offer lots of attractive offers for new customers but what about the existing ones? why are we paying higher prices if the passes are non contract based. It doesnt make sense, if I cancel a pass, I should be able to take on a new offer/ deal, it shouldnt matter if i am signed up, the whole idea is i switch and swap as and when i feel like..
feeling shortchanged by nowtv,

I only have one account, and I'm definately signed into the correct one.
Payment details are up to date too.
I have tried entering the code on my playstation and google chrome. Same message

After a LOOOOOOOOONG chat I managed to get the issue solved.
I posted this thread and asked the operator to read it 🙂
The issue appeared to be that the last voucher I used was still showing as active even though it had expired. So the operator did something to remove that one and the code for one of my new vouchers worked!
Hopefully I dont have this issue next time. Its quiet a challenge talking to the operators!!
