i cancelled my movie package , 2 weeks before my pass ran out , but now tv are trying to take payment for it , you even sent an email confirming my cancelation , but still you are trying to take a payment , WHY?

This scenario usually happens when people have multiple usernames against their card and don't cancel all their passes across all their accounts.

thats nothing , they tried to take £499 out of my account yesterday luckily the bank saw it and stopped it , now i have to wait for a new card because my bank classed this as fraud and will be contacting the police
