@Anonymous User If the offer was £3.99pm for 4 months they don't take payment all upfront, they will charge you each separate month, your first payment should be taken when your old cinema pass expires - check on your My Account > My Passes page when this happens (or you could check your My Account > Payments page).

 Welcome to the forum. Looks like you've taken up an offer for Cinema at £3.99pm for the next 4 months. If you already had a cinema pass before and this offer was given when you went to cancel then it will start automatically whenever your current paid for month was due to end (so you don't lose out on the month you'd already paid for).

 

If you didn't have a cinema pass active then your offer should have started as soon as you accepted it.

 

Not sure why the offer start date wasn't showing, but usually correct info is shown on your My Account > My Passes page

YES I had a cinema pass  and IT did not start automatically yes i did take up an offer for Cinema at £3.99pm for the next 4 months  and can i pay the £16.00 pound for the 4 months
