Hi and welcome to the forum,
All of the NOW TV services 'roll on' automatically if they are not cancelled prior to the 'free trial' subscription expiring. Which is why you have been charged.
You might be able to get your £9.99 for your Sky Movie subscription returned but obviously the NOW TV people will check to see when you last viewed any movies...
Anyway, I suggest that you access the forums 'live chat' facility, preferably by using a Windows or Mac computer (not a mobile device) and explain your requirements to them.
Click on the following: I’ve cancelled NOW TV but I’m still being charged link.
Cheers

Hi @Anonymous User,
The good news is, if you officially cancelled your NOW TV subscriptions (by accessing the 'My Passes' area of your 'My Account') and followed the cancellation procedure in full, NOW TV would have sent you a confirmation email of your cancellation request(s).
Provided you still have the cancellation email, claiming back any money NOW TV have taken in error should be a straight forward procedure by contacting a NOW TV representative.
However, if you have not officially cancelled, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you might be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned/refunded to you by contacting a NOW TV representative.
You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers are not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

I made an account so I could use my FREE Entertainment pass and then canceled it after a 2 months as i didnt watch anything and didnt want to be charged after it finished, so ithought that was that but when i go onto my bank statement it says ive been charged for a Sky Movies pass which i hadn't singed up for so i canceled it but no refund has been given to me. just wondered if anyone can help with that or refend it as i didnt sign up for it!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Cancelling a pass just stops it renewing the next month, you don't get a refund automatically. I'd suggest popping on to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can sort out a refund for you. To get there go to the following help page
https://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/how-do-i-cancel-now-tv
I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page

I am very unhappy with any kind of customer service assistance with NOWTV. I cancelled my sky monthly pass back in November after actually speaking from a Sky rep. He told me as I'd only watched a couple of movies since I took out the subscription in summer I'd be in for a back payment refund. I cancelled my subscription back in November and have still been charged. I'm expecting a refund of 3 x £9.99 for a service I have not used otherwise may go to a different more user-friendly provider with good customer service. Please contact me to initiate my refund. Thanks.
