Hi there I want to change my payment card for direct debit and cannot find how to do this?

You can do that from your My Account - Update Card Details page

This only allows card change not to set up a direct debit

Sorry, I misunderstood your question.

NOW TV doesn't offer the option of direct debits I'm afraid.

Supplying a call centre would push up the costs and in 30 months the online service has not caused me any problems.

Using continous authority on a card means that NOWTV can run a no contract service and people can dip in and out at will - banks wouldn't like that with DD.

As one can easily cancel a card authority these days it's a safe option.

I haven't found it easy to cancel a card transaction, I spent over an hour yesterday online trying to solve an issue that has not been solved either, I am sure this would be much easier on a telephone, I dont have the time at work to sit on a computer for hours on end.

@Anonymous User it takes under a minute to cancel a pass. The only issue is when you have the wrong username and can't see your passes.
