Are you still using the same card you used to sign up? have any details of your bank account changed? If anything has you'll need to update your card details by going to My Account > Update my card details to update them click buy pass to allow us to take payment.

I had an issue where Now just wouldn't accept my Debit Card - it did accept my Credit Card, then I changed it back a few months later to the Debit Card and it was fine. I've seen others mentioning that Debit Cards (and I think Visa ones in particular) having issues for no apparent reason - mine worked for months and months and then couldn't get accepted on Now's site - only... No other issues with the card.
