Welcome to the forum.

Just pop onto your My Account - My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes and click the Apply a Voucher link under the type of pass you have (movies, entertainment or sport) and follow the instructions.

As long as both boxes are logged in with the same username and password you will be able to watch on both of them.

Keeps going to a help form? Not sure how that happens.

Have a look at the following help article just to double check you're following the right steps

If you still get stuck, you could either post back here with any details of error messages etc that happen, or you could click the green Contact Us button at the bottom of the help article above, and that will take you to a page where you can choose Live Chat ... if you mention to them you are having trouble they should be able to help or apply the voucher for you.
