I recieved my new now tv box today with a 2 month movie pass. It lets me sign in but keeps taking me to a page to set up payment details etc but it says my email has already been set up for sky id?? Im getting very frustrated as cant access anything!! Please help!!!!
Having same problems as loads of other people re sky id email address. Just made up one especially to use for Now Tv and it still says its registered to sky id!!!!! Trying to get away from Sky by taking Now Tv with entertainment pass and just going round and round trying to open an account! From all the posts about this over the last few years you would think they could have nailed it by now!!! Very very frustrating! Help anyone!!
