i joined 2 days ago on free 14 day half term thing and have been spending the last day trying to cancel and get my card details off this site I just dont want it Please someone help me thanks

Welcome to the forum.

You should be able to cancel your trial quite easily by going to your My Account > My Passes page 

http://account.nowtv.com/passes

and clicking the relevant Cancel Pass button. Make sure you follow all the steps to the end where your cancellation will be confirmed.

Thanks for posting.

It sounds like you've you an account other than this one that is still active. If you can't see anything when you click on my account on this account it's probably a Sky ID that you used for Broadband or Sky go.
