If you woudnt mind answering some questions for us so we can get a better understanding of what is happening ?
Can you provide the exact error message you are getting ?
Tell us what device you are using to purchase your pass ?
Do you have any other passes with us and do they work ok ?
Are you able to log into your account ok ?
Are you trying to purchase the pass via our mobile app or an internet app like google chrome / safari ?
