Winter Madness offer after 14 day free trial?

Hi there, is it possible to still buy a '3 months for the price of 1' cinema pass if I've signed up for the free trial?

I'm trying to purchase one but it will only offer me the normal one month for £9.99. I'm a new customer, I joined up with the free trial thinking that if I liked it I could then still buy the cinema winter madness offers, but it now appears not?

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately once you've started a free trial you're no longer classed as a brand new customer, for the Winter Madness deal you needed to sign up via the link on the offer page. Best thing you can do is pop onto live chat and explain you meant to sign up for the deal, no guarantees but they may offer you a similar deal. To get to live chat go to the following page

Good luck!

I have just followed the instructions for buying the Sky Movies Winter Madness deal and it charged me £9.99 and states my payment will be 11th Feb 2017 and not for the 3 month period as advertised. Does anyone know how I can get a refund? I haven't watched a movie yet or activated it as such.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. It could be because that offer is for new customers who sign up via the link on the Winter Madness page and it looks like you've had your account for longer. However, firstly double check on your My Account > My Passes page on the website

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

to make sure the end date of your movie pass is only Feb (if you check on some of the apps they only report the end of the current month so best to check on the website).

If you've definitely only got a one month pass their, I'd suggest having a word with live chat and explaining what's happened, they might be able to sort you out with the original deal. You'll find the button for live chat on this page

Thanks Andy. Yes, it was looking at this that I realised I only had a one month pass. Anyway, I have sorted the issue with the live chat now and I'm happy with the resolution.

I even read the T&C's from the drop down menu prior to purchase, but the font is so small that I didn't see the 'new' due it being next to the 'nowTV' until I read it for a 3rd time during the live chat.

Anyway, it's all sorted now 🙂

Thanks Andy, I genuinely didn't realise that, my mistake. I thought the 14 day free trial was something they always offer (similar to netflix 1 month free) and therefore didn't count as part of the Winter Madness deals. I should have signed up directly for the 3 month cinema deal.

I'll try live chat, thanks for the link.

@Anonymous User No worries, hopefully if you explain it was a genuine mistake they will be kind and offer you the offer or something similar! Nothing to lose by asking! 🙂
