Why Can't I cancel online?

I have already cancelled my movies pass, and today I see it has reactiviated itself (this previously happened with my entertainment pass! And If I hadn't notice I would have been charged). Why do I need to call to cancel this when it was already cancelled?! Not happy 😕

@Anonymous User you should be able to. You only need to click the cancel button under your pass. What can you see when you go to passes?
