When clicking on an item, display says,'error code 9 '. Any suggestions?

Can't play anything due to 'error code 9'

Is it a mobile/tablet device you are getting the error on? Try updating to the latest version of the app, or if you are already on the latest version try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
