When trying to enter a 2 month pass I get the "We don't recognise that voucher" error. I have tried upper and lower case numbers and letters

@Anonymous User Sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate some of the characters used owing to fonts used in printing - for instance, the capital letter "oh" (O) and the number zero (0), the lower case letter "elle" (l) and the number one (1) etc.
Perhaps look again at the code very closely to see if it has been mis-read for the above reason, or try a bit of "number for letter"/"letter for number" substitution (as above) to see if you can get the code accepted?

Just had the same problem resolved. My issue was that I was inputting an "O" letter instead of a "0" (zero".

Are you still experiencing issues with redeeming a voucher? Can you tell me which device are you using to redeem the pass? Have you tried any other device?
