Want to cancel but Now TV cancellation screen just keeps scrolling 4 coloured blobs

I have signed up this evening but having tried a couple of movies it's apparent that there are no subtitles for people wanting to watch on a laptop.  Unfortunately the service is no good to me until and unless all movies are subtitled. It should be easy to cancel but the screen where you do it is not presenting me with the options to do so.  All I see are four coloured balls moving in a circle continuously.


Help please!

Welcome to the forum. If you have any adblocking plugins in your browser active try disabling those. You might also want to try using a different browser and/or device to get to your My Account>My Passes page (eg try a mobile/tablet browser instead of PC or vice versa).
