Welcome to the forum. You need to check your deleted items folder/trash folder to see if you accidentally deleted it, or your junk mail folder/archive folder to see if it's ended up there, as NOW TV haven't removed the email from your account.
There is an email offer for 6 or 12 months off cinema and entertainment but as its been sent to specific customers only I don't think the links can be posted on the forum. If you can't find the email I'd suggest having a word with live chat and see if they can help you get the offer.
